Where pk67 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk67 login credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party. pk67 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your pk67 Account, you must notify pk67 support immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected]. pk67 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account pending resolution.
pk67 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your valid CNIC, a selfie with your CNIC, and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or the closure of your Account.
An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pk67 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
pk67 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees unless the Player elects to deposit in USDT, in which case the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously reduced limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
Withdrawal requests via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within twenty (20) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed following standard blockchain confirmation timelines.

pk67 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — without limitation — using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, making low-risk or mathematically calculated bets that constitute hedging for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may be suspended.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk67 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
pk67's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
pk67 shall not be liable for any losses arising from events of Force Majeure, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment processor disruptions, or any event beyond pk67's reasonable control.

Bonus Balance funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
pk67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or any other circumstances that pk67 deems to warrant closure. In cases of suspected fraud or Prohibited Conduct, pk67 may withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk67 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pk67's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by pk67's licensing authority.
